Upon check in, desk clerks were very friendly and the welcome bag of 2 bottles of water and a trail mix is a welcome perk. All Holiday Inn Express should be so gracious as to give that small perk. Breakfast was good -- but cinnamon rolls were moldy!

Everything about our stay was great. Probably the best hotel experience I could ask for. Everything was clean and neat, and the breakfast was excellent.
